Nestled in the stunning North Georgia mountains, Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa is more than a place to workit's a destination. Our resort features luxury accommodations, award-winning dining, championship golf, horseback riding, a full-service spa, and activities for guests throughout the year.
We're looking for a friendly, energetic Part-Time Host/Hostess to join our hospitality team and help create memorable experiences from the moment guests walk through the door.
What You'll Do As a Host/Hostess, you set the tone for the guest experience. You'll be the welcoming face of our restaurant and an important part of keeping things running smoothly.
- Welcome and warmly greet every guest
- Seat guests and help manage restaurant flow
- Manage reservations and answer phones with a professional, friendly attitude
- Assist with POS and cashiering
- Keep the host stand and dining area clean and organized
- Help with table resets and bussing when needed
- Work closely with the restaurant team to provide exceptional service
- Create such a great experience that guests can't wait to come back!
